Delete your Seen account

Deleting your account is permanent and can’t be undone.

In the app (fastest)

Open Seen and sign in.
Open the menu (your photo, top left) → Privacy & safety.
Tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@theseenathletes.com from the email address of your Seen account, with the subject “Delete my Seen account” and your username. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete the account within 7 days.

Request deletion by email

What gets deleted

Your profile, photos, career history, achievements, national team history and highlights.
Your messages, connections, profile views, notifications and Market reviews.
Your email address, phone number and password.

What may be kept

Records we must keep by law, for example payment records if you bought Seen Pro, kept for the period the law requires. Server backups are overwritten within 30 days.
